Documentaries - The finest in the business!

Sagafilm has produced high quality documentaries in all genre for almost 3 decades.

Amongst longer running and new series is the ever debatable building of Europa's biggest hydraulic station - Kárahnjúkar. Followed by Saga film over 6 years, still running, the series is commissioned by Landsvirkjun and transmitted by RUV.

Sagafilm is the pioneer of the home market when it comes to creating, producing and transmitting content for the new media. An area to be fully exploded in the near future.
